Graduates will practice in a supportive learning environment. Clinical educator, clinical support nurses, nurse managers, preceptors and the RNH team are all available to welcome and assist.
A full week of orientation, ongoing professional development opportunities throughout the year and regular in service education sessions are a part of our learning environment.
Graduates are supported in developing specific skills related to rural nursing, such as assessing and triaging patients to ensure they receive the level of care in the time frames required.
