With a large range of services, Community Health aims to be responsive to the needs of the community while working together with individuals and families to provide a person-centred approach. Our services are affordable and local to ensure that all members of the community can access and receive quality health services.

Hospital
Our hospitals in Warracknabeal and Hopetoun include acute care wards for people requiring round-the-clock care for an injury or illness. We don’t have an emergency department, but we can provide urgent care to patients who come to us requiring emergency treatment.
