RNH strongly values and supports graduates to develop their clinical leadership skills through direct leadership training and mentoring with senior nursing staff.
Graduates will have the opportunity to supervise, guide and contribute to the assessment of student nurses through student preceptorship.
Nurses continuing to practice at Rural Northwest Health following their graduate year have many opportunities to grow and expand their skills and knowledge into specialty areas that provide interesting career paths.
