Latitude Recruitment is proud to partner with Rural Northwest Health to seek a suitably qualified Tradesperson/Maintenance Handyperson. This role is part of the Maintenance team, ensuring grounds, buildings, plant and equipment are well maintained and presented, providing a safe and clean environment for the organisation and community. Responsibilities involve day-to-day breakdown repairs and preventative maintenance, routine maintenance and servicing of equipment and project work. This role may provide on-call support on a rotating roster basis.
About You:
- Relevant trade qualification
- Proven maintenance work experience
- Demonstrates experience and knowledge of OHS, Quality and Risk processes and systems
- Problem-solving skills and ability to provide constructive feedback to team members
- Ability to maintain plant machinery in sound working order
- Possess well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work with a diverse range of people
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Current influenza (flu) vaccination
- Current Police Clearance, Working with Children Check and NDIS check, or willingness to obtain
