Latitude Recruitment is proud to be recruiting an Exercise Physiologist on behalf of Rural Northwest Health.
In this role you will be responsible for providing a range of evidence based physical activity interventions to out-patients in community health and the potential to assist aged care and acute patients as required.
This Full-Time position is available at the Warracknabeal campus.
To be successful in this position you will have:
- Qualification in Clinical Exercise Physiology or equivalent with ESSA accreditations (Graduate diploma or Masters degree level preferred)
- Sound knowledge and commitment to the principles of primary care and chronic disease management
- Demonstrated client focus in the process of assessment, monitoring and evaluation of individual clients and groups
- Experience working with adults and older adults in a group exercise setting
- An understanding of and a commitment to the needs of a rural community
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Sound computer skills
- Current level 2 First Aid and CPR
- COVID19 vaccination evidence
- Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one
- Current and valid Police Clearance
- Current NDIS Check or willingness to obtain one
