Talent, thoroughbreds, and treats at Show

Our Yarriambiack Lodge residents enjoyed getting out into the beautiful spring weather yesterday’s Warracknabeal Show put on.
Marvelling at the talents of our local gardeners, cake decorators, bakers and photographers displayed in the show pavilion, it was then onto the animal nursery and watching the brave souls on the carnival rides.
Moving to check out the strength of entrants in the sheaf tossing, and the elegance of the horse riders, it was then time for a discussion on which show bag they might like.
For many, the show was also a chance to catch up with friends, before the day was capped off with a well-deserved ice cream.
