Palliative Care Victoria has released a free, online resource for seniors and their families as part of recent project funded by the Victorian and Commonwealth Governments.
The Dignified and Respectful Decisions resource includes an online website and hard copy/downloadable resources and is designed to support families when making decisions on behalf of a loved one when they no longer have the capacity to make decisions themselves.
Touching on the four main themes of Being Prepared, Working Together, Making Decisions, and End-of-Life Care, the resource can be viewed here.
