If the weather over the weekend was any indication, summer is going to be a scorcher… and what better way to cool down than with a refreshing soft serve ice cream?
At least that’s what our Hopetoun residents did on Sunday, testing out the newly-donated soft serve machine during the weekly ice cream trolley day.
