Latitude Recruitment is proud to be recruiting a Risk and Compliance Co-ordinator on behalf of Rural Northwest Health. The primary purpose of the Risk and Compliance Co-ordinator is to develop, implement, support and monitor organisational risk management processes, ensuring accreditation cycles and processes are developed and maintained.
This position is available on full-time, fixed term basis (leave coverage) with immediate start until September 2025, based at the Warracknabeal campus.
To be successful in this position you will have:
- A relevant post graduate qualification or working towards, highly desirable
- Experience in Legislative Compliance, highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience, high-level working knowledge and understanding of risk management, accreditation standards, health legislation and requirements
- Ability to manage competing priorities and respond to emerging needs
- Experience with data systems – VHIMS and PROMPT
- Ability to negotiate with people at all levels both internal and external
- Lead change in a complex environment
- High level written and verbal skills
- Immunisation History
- Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one
- Current and valid Police Clearance
- Current NDIS Check or willingness to obtain one
