Further cementing its position as one of the leading Wimmera Mallee employers, Rural Northwest Health is proud to announce that it has employed a total of 53 new team members since January.
January saw five new staff welcomed, four in February, and five in March.
Following a brief pause in April, RNH recruitment came back strongly in May and June with 16 and 14 new staff onboarded, respectively.
And July rounded out the spectacular recruitment surge, seeing a further nine team members welcomed.
This makes a total of 34 new staff at Warracknabeal, 7 at Hopetoun, and 11 working across all three campuses.
Interestingly, while one may expect a surge in nursing position uptake, the new team have in fact taken up roles across a variety of fields at Rural Northwest Health namely: clinical and home support, procurement, people and culture, quality, allied health, maintenance, home support, environmental services, leisure and lifestyle, administration, and health promotion.
CEO Jenni Masters said she is excited to welcome the new staff, commenting that the increased recruitment will have a flow-on effect by allowing the organisation to continue providing quality services to the Yarriambiack communities.
