Refund Request
If any person believes that they are entitled to receive a refund, a refund request, detailing the payment and an explanation as to why a refund is sought, may be lodged with RNH.
This request can be lodged by email at finance@rnh.net.au or in writing to Rural Northwest Health, 18 Dimboola Road, Warracknabeal VIC 3393, Australia.
It will be considered by the relevant department and a response will be provided within 21 days.
