General Information

PAG (Community Respite Service) provides an all-day activity program at RNH Warracknabeal and Beulah campuses for people over 65 years and those with disabilities. Our aim is to help maintain and enhance the physical, social and emotional wellbeing of our clients in order to support and encourage their continuing independence in their homes and community. We also provide necessary respite and support for carers in order to maintain and promote their own health and wellbeing.

Accessing the service

Referrals into the Day Program can be made by:

  • Family
  • Self
  • Shire Home Services
  • General Practitioner
  • District Nursing


The Day Program at the Warracknabeal campus of RNH is staffed from 8:30am to 5.00pm, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Staff can be contacted on 53961207, 0429958659 or 0427100329.

The PAG Office at the Beulah campus of RNH is staffed from 8:30am to 5.00pm, Tuesday and Thursday, excluding public holidays. Staff can be contacted on 53968224.
