Warracknabeal campus is one of three campuses and provides a comprehensive range of acute, urgent care, aged care, community health and allied services. Warracknabeal campus is located, a short distance from Warracknabeal’s central business district and approximately halfway between Adelaide and Melbourne.
The successful candidate will have:
- Relevant post-graduate training or education in aged care or acute medical nursing
- Relevant post-graduate education in leadership and management, or plans to undertake
- Demonstrated competence in leading and managing a team to deliver services that ensures safe, person-centered care
- Knowledge of key guidelines and frameworks relevant to the role including, but not limited to, Safe Patient Care Act, Code Grey requirements, and Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards
- Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement and evidence-based practice
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage rosters and workforce needs
- Adaptability to competing demands
- Annual Flu vaccination
- Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
