Latitude Recruitment is currently seeking a reliable, motivated, and client-focused Maintenance Worker to join the team on a casual basis, based at the Warracknabeal campus.
In this community-based role, you will travel between clients’ homes to carry out a variety of maintenance tasks that support older people to live safely and independently. This includes completing basic repairs, conducting home safety checks, and assisting with the installation of grab rails, ramps, accessibility aids, and other minor modifications that help reduce risks within the home environment.
About You

Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.

Demonstrated experience in general home maintenance or building-related tasks.

Experience working within aged care or community settings (desirable).

Strong understanding of safe work practices and the correct use of tools and equipment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Current driver’s licence.

Relevant trade qualification (desirable).
-
Current influenza vaccination.
-
Current Police Check, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
