Planned Activity Groups are social group programs aimed at engaging people who are frail, aged, or disabled, and their carers, in supported social activities.
PAG activities aim to increase social confidence.
They provide physical, intellectual, emotional and social stimulation to enhance an individual’s ability to remain living at home in the community.
A number of activity groups are available which provide a friendly social environment or exercise opportunities for people.
The group decides together on the activities and bus outings each year and these may be revised over the course of the year.
Our team has additional training in supporting the other person and works closely with clients in planning an engaging, fun program.
