Occupational Therapy is a person-centred approach to help individuals participate in activities they find meaningful.
This could be taking care of yourself or others, working, volunteering, and participating in hobbies, interests and social events that bring personal or professional fulfilment.
Occupational Therapists are qualified health professionals registered with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Occupational Therapists can complete assessments and provide treatments to increase independence and safety with everyday activities.
Occupational Therapists may also prescribe equipment or environmental changes to help you do the things you want and need to do.
