The past few days have been marked by celebrations as not one, but two, of our Hopetoun residents celebrated their birthdays.
Leading the charge was Lee Bailey who enjoyed a cake with family and friends. Unfortunately for Lee, her beloved Pies didn’t win, but this didn’t dampen the joy of the day.
And on Monday, the lovely Rita Rowney turned 99!
Excited to celebrate with family, friends and her fellow residents, Rita was surprised to see the Leisure and Lifestyle team don special t-shirts for the occasion and is now eagerly awaiting her big 1-0-0 next year.
