RNH is pleased to announce the appointment of Angela Naylor as the new Hopetoun Campus Manager.
Angela brings with her over two decades of clinical and leadership experience across some of the most respected health institutions in Victoria, including the Royal Melbourne Hospital and St Vincent’s Private Hospital.
Most recently, she has served as Director of Nursing and Campus Manager at the Rainbow campus of West Wimmera Health Service, where she provided strong operational leadership with a person-centred approach to rural healthcare.
Angela began her nursing journey after completing her Bachelor of Nursing at Deakin University and has since undertaken numerous post-graduate qualifications in Critical Care, PACU/Anaesthetics, Frontline Management, and, more recently, Leadership through the University of Tasmania and the Executive Ready – Women in Leadership Program in 2023.
Her career has included roles in Intensive Care, Cardiac Catheter Labs, Anaesthetics, Day Surgery, and Clinical Coordination, with multiple senior roles including Acting NUM and ANUM appointments.
Angela’s mix of frontline clinical expertise and strategic leadership makes her an excellent addition to the Hopetoun team.
Importantly, Angela is local to our region, currently residing in Beulah and originally completing her VCE at Hopetoun Secondary College. Her deep understanding of the local community, coupled with her commitment to rural healthcare excellence, positions her perfectly to lead our Hopetoun campus into its next chapter.
Please join us in giving Angela a warm welcome to Rural Northwest Health.
We look forward to the experience, passion, and community spirit she will bring to her new role.
