Our Yarriambiack Lodge residents paid their respects to the fallen during the Lodge Remembrance Day service yesterday, laying sprigs of rosemary at the shrine which was decorated with handmade poppies.
RNH also laid a wreath at the Warracknabeal Cenotaph, honouring all who served.
At our Hopetoun Campus, our residents started the day in fitting form – by making ANZAC biscuits for their morning tea. Later heading into the packed lounge room, our residents proudly wore their poppies and badges commemorating the fallen.
Enjoying the service, resident Janey Ferguson was assisted by Leisure and Lifestyle Assistant Jodie Malcolm to lay a wreath, with fellow team member Hayley Smith representing RNH by laying a wreath during the RSL service.
Lest We Forget.
