Rural Northwest Health is seeking applications for the 2027 Graduate Nurse Program commencing in February 2027.
These positions are part time for 12-months at the Warracknabeal or Hopetoun Campus. The program supports the transition to practice for Graduate Enrolled Nurses.
Learning opportunities:
- Graduates will have regular contact with dedicated Clinical Support Nurses
- A structured orientation and supernumerary days are provided
- Valuable study days offered throughout the year
- Practice in acute, aged care, and community nursing.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Enrolled Nurses with less than 12 months since completion of Diploma of Nursing
- Registration with AHPRA
- Good communication skills and the ability to utilise a range of software applications
- Emerging time management skills and ability to prioritise in a flexible and adaptable way
- Commitment and willingness to participate in continuing education and development
