It is with mixed emotions that Rural Northwest Health announces the resignation of Nurse Unit Manager Allison Hondow, who will be leaving RNH on March 14, after an incredible 10 years of service.
Allison has been an integral part of RNH, bringing unwavering dedication, warmth, and passion to her work.
Whether it was her commitment to the people we serve, her tireless efforts during aged care accreditation, or the camaraderie she built within our team, her presence has truly left a lasting impact.
Beyond her contributions to the team, Allison has profoundly touched the lives of our residents. Her kindness, compassion, and unwavering advocacy for their well-being have made a world of difference.
From the quiet moments of reassurance to the laughter shared over daily activities, she has provided not just care, but genuine connection.
We have no doubt that the residents will miss her as much as we will.
