Yarriambiack Shire residents are encouraged to take part in the first 2024 aged care reforms survey for older people.
Now open for older people, their families and carers to give their feedback, the survey takes around 5-10 minutes to complete and will close on April 19.
Seeking feedback on the changes being made to aged care, and identifying preferences for communication from the Department of Health and Aged Care, the survey can be completed online here, via phone on 1800 318 209, or by requesting a paper copy (with a reply-paid envelope) from communication.agedcare@health.gov.au.
