Latitude Recruitment is seeking a passionate and dedicated AN-ACC and Consumer Care Co-ordinator on behalf of Rural Northwest Health.
The AN-ACC and Consumer Care Co-ordinator works in partnership with the Nurse Unit Manager to provide a high level of care to residential care consumers. They also work in conjunction with resident’s family to ensure the care plan is beneficial to the resident.
This is a part-time role (48 hours per fortnight) based at the Warracknabeal and Hopetoun campuses.
About you:
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and Enrolled Nurse, with minimum of three years’ experience working in aged care is essential
- Post-graduate qualifications in a relevant area, or willingness to undertake further study, is desirable
- Demonstrated ability to work with a care team to deliver safe, high-quality and innovative health care
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with team members, consumers and family members
- Ability to work as part of an inter-disciplinary team
- COVID19 vaccination evidence
- Current Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one
- Current and valid Police Clearance, or willingness to obtain one
- Current NDIS screening, or willingness to obtain one
