What does wellness mean to you?
The Rural Northwest Health wellness team will be at the Wimmera Machinery Field Days at Longerenong from March 5, to answer any health or wellness questions you might have.
Each day including the new Tuesday twilight session, there will be a wellbeing coordinator, a speech pathologist and an occupational therapist to help with any health or wellness-related issues. And by visiting the RNH site in the Moore Pavilion, you will also have the chance to win a prize on the Medicoach Wellness Wheel.
The wheel is marked with several areas of wellness and what you spin will determine your prize so make sure you take part in the fun.
RNH health promotion officer Kelsey Hamilton said the idea of the wheel was to get people to think about their wellness.
“We want people to think about what wellness is to them and how it affects their overall health,” Ms Hamilton said.
“We will also have healthy snacks of vegetable sticks and hommus to give away plus flavoured water and something for the kids as well.”
