Health Promotion Coordinator

0.8 – 1.0 EFT

The Health Promotion Coordinator is responsible for developing and delivering a diverse range of health promotion initiatives aimed at creating improved environments that enable positive health and wellbeing outcomes for the community.

To be successful in this position you will have:

Tertiary qualification in Health Promotion, Public Health, Community Development, Health Sciences or related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a similar role
Well-developed project management skills, knowledge and understanding of the principles and practices of health promotion
Knowledge and understanding of systems thinking, the social determinants of health and their impacts on population health
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with stakeholders from a range of backgrounds
