Rural Northwest Health provides Aged Care services focusing on respectful, responsive, high quality care. Our innovative memory support unit- Wattle Crescent supports people living with dementia using Montessori principles that focus on capabilities, interests and connection.

The Enrolled Nurse and Health is responsible for assisting with personal care needs, care planning and implementation for residents within the scope of their qualifications.

The successful candidate will be committed to providing high quality care to consumers and will –

• Have relevant experience and be able to demonstrate provision of high quality and safe clinical care that meets fundamental and complex care needs of consumers
• Demonstrate ability to work in and contribute to a team environment
• Experience in the Aged Care setting
• An understanding of the concepts of providing person centred care
