Dr Zivit Inbar is the founder and CEO of DifferenThinking, a consulting practice that specialises in people, culture, leadership & performance strategies for growth. Zivit is a member of Standards Australia AI trustworthiness and governance committees, and a member of Harvard Alumni Entrepreneurs Leadership Team (Australia). Zivit is an Adjunct Professor at Deakin University’s MBA program, a Graduate of Harvard Kennedy School Leadership Decision Making Executive Program, a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow Certified member of the Australian Human Resources Institute. Zivit is the author of “The Ethical Kaleidoscope: Values, Ethics, and Corporate Governance” (with Doug Long), 2017, Routledge Publishing, UK.
Growing up in a small Kibbutz in Israel, Zivit is passionate about supporting rural communities. Zivit joined the board in July 2020 and is proud to be involved with RNH during this time of change and improvement towards providing the community with high quality health and aged care solutions.
