Kevin’s ‘outcome focused’ value based leadership style is underpinned by strong persuasion, interpersonal and networking skills, an ability to foster a motivated team environment, political astuteness, excellent communication and presentation manner and a strong customer focus.

He drives the future direction of RNH with guidance from the board, ensuring managers and employees deliver set outcomes, explores and develops new and contemporary options for RNH including collaboration with health services in the region, marketing, and infrastructure development.

Kevin oversees the finances of the organisation to ensure RNH meets their benchmarks resulting in an operating surplus and is cash positive. He also plays a big part in project service requirements, developing proposals for building works, service development initiatives and negotiates funding needs with Commonwealth/State Governments and private sources.
