Kaye is a highly experienced adult educator in healthcare and higher education. She has extensive experience in the development and implementation of education programs for face-to-face and flexible delivery. She has led statewide education projects for the Victorian Department of Health and Department of Health & Human Services Tasmania. After completing a PhD in rural nursing in 2013, Kaye made a conscious decision to remain in the rural health sector to engage clinicians and health providers in research, innovation and education and; to assist with development and dessemination of the innovative work that’s progressing the rural health sector. Rural Northwest Health is the ideal place for Kaye to achieve her goal of raising the rural voice in health research. Kaye started working part time at Rural Northwest Health while she continued to provide education in rural health services across Victoria. In 2018, she put away her chalk and blackboard to take on a full time role at RNH as Executive Director of People and Culture.
