Rural Northwest Health is an award-winning health service with a budget in excess of $20 million and employs 290 team members across the campuses of Warracknabeal, Beulah and Hopetoun. The organisation has 16 acute beds and 90 residential aged care beds with Hopetoun Campus comprising 4 acute beds and 24 residential aged care beds.  A broad range of community health services are delivered from all three centres.

The Hopetoun Campus Manager is a key management role and will contribute to Rural Northwest Health achieving quality care, leadership and innovation in rural health.

This role provides an exciting opportunity for either an experienced or emerging leader as the position is supported by a diverse and experienced executive team.

A key responsibility of this role will include leading the provision of high quality clinical care and support services that reflect and support the community’s needs, enabling members to improve their health outcomes and live a good life.

The Hopetoun Campus Manager will be able to lead and guide multidisciplinary teams to achieve best practice outcomes related to residential aged care and acute care in a rural setting.  The role will also provide assistance with the delivery of projects to meet the strategic goals of the organisation.  Importantly, the campus manager will contribute to a quality and safety driven culture, actively seek ways to enhance capability and have a passion for innovation.

To meet the requirements of the role you will be an AHPRA registered Nurse with experience in the Aged Care and National Standards accreditation process. You will be able to demonstrate experience in budgetary management and importantly, display an understanding of living and working within a small rural community.
