Wendy joined RNH in 2010 and after a number of management roles and responsibilities has settled into the role of Continuous Improvement and Innovations Manager. Wendy is a registered nurse and her qualifications are a graduate diploma in gerontology and a Masters in Health Sciences. Wendy has extensive experience in aged care nursing supplemented with further education and experience in quality, gerontology and management and a passion for improving the lives of people living with dementia.

Wendy’s aspirations for RNH are to see innovative and evidenced based improvements be part of the way we work at RNH and for all staff to always focus on the outcome for the resident, client or patient.
